Today Jonathan Grier ran in the Regional Cross Country Meet hosted by Sam Houston State University. Out of 176 runners, he finished with a time of 19:20 and obtained 28th place. After team results were finalized, because Jonathan ran as an individual, he placed 16th overall. He was 6 places from advancing to the State Meet in Round Rock. His hard work and determination showed this year and will fuel him even more for the next years to come and with no doubt will be a presence next season to compete for his spot at state. We are so proud of you Jonathan and thank you for representing Latexo!!! #excellenceisthetigerway

Latexo sixth graders are learning how to code in our computer science course. Students use the learned coding skills to download instructions into mini drones and then get hands-on practice as drone operators.
