How special is this?! 💙💚 Our students put their creativity and heart into drawing this scene for Chief Baker’s birthday, and it meant more to him than they probably even realize. When he received it, he was so thankful and genuinely touched by the thoughtful gift. It’s moments like this that remind us how strong the bond is between our students and the people who serve and protect our campus every day. Chief Baker does so much for our school—keeping everyone safe, building relationships, and always showing up with a smile. Today our Environmental Science students got hands-on with the Cookie Mining Lab 🍪⛏️—learning how resource extraction impacts land, ecosystems, and decision-making. By “mining” chocolate chips, students explored real-world concepts like environmental cost, sustainability, and reclamation.
